Refund & Return Policy
At Navopalo, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our premium kitchenware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all inserts and accessories.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, items that show signs of food preparation or washing cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at service@navopalo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., a crack in a wooden board or a flaw in a cast iron finish), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
