Can I request a return or exchange?

You can request a return or exchange within 180 days of delivery. Email service@navopalo.com with your order number to arrange your request. See our return policy for eligibility and return instructions.

How does the self-locking mechanism work?

A serrated jam cleat grips the rope under tension. The rope moves through the cleat as you pull; when you stop, tension seats it in the cleat to hold the adjustment.

How do you release the rope?

For tie-down use, move the rope out of the locking tab at about a 20° angle to disengage the cleat. For lifting, pull down slightly and out at about 20°, keeping control as you lower the item. Do not place the rope behind the locking tab when lifting. Follow the supplied instructions; never lift over people or animals.

How soon do they ship after ordering?

Orders typically ship from Ohio within 1–4 business days.

Do you offer longer rope?

Yes. Email service@navopalo.com for a quote on the rope length you need.

How long is the rope?

15 ft — approximately 4.57 metres.

Does it need a knot?

The self-locking mechanism holds the adjustment, reducing the need for repeated knot tying.

Which option should I choose?

Select your colour and quantity option in the purchase area above.

What load can it hold?

The working load limit is 300 lb (136 kg). This is the working-load limit, not a breaking-strength rating. Never exceed the lowest rating of the rope system, hooks or anchors.

How do I care for it?

Inspect the rope and hardware before each use. Replace damaged parts and store clean and dry.

Customer photo of a Jeep seat suspended in a garage

Stashing my back seat against the garage ceiling

I wanted to stash the back seat from my Jeep Wrangler against the ceiling in my garage. 2 units were the perfect solution. I added a pulley below each one to give me better leverage lifting the seat -- as it weighs 90 pounds! Now my seat is convenient to lower, when grandkids show up, and I need to haul more than me and my wife, and it's conveniently out of the way the rest of the time.

Used it over the weekend to secure our SUP Boards on my truck rack

Used it over the weekend to secure our SUP Boards on my truck rack, worked great. Also used them to secure some cardboard recycling in the bed, used them to criss cross in the bed and again very easy to use vs. traditional ratcheting straps.

I just moved and needed to organize my garage and find a place for my 13’ kayak... saved the day. My kayak is safely up out of the way for the season and I can park with ease.
